From the main entrance, go up the stairs, turn left, and at the juncture, turn left.  The office is at the end of the hall.  In the waiting room there is a touch screen, which will notify Dr. Eades of your arrival.
Alternatively, you can enter the door to the left/east of the main entrance.  Go up the stairs, and the entrance to the suite is straight ahead.
